I love it! It's captivating with all the use of colors and really nicely rendered.

The room is really beautifully laid out, but there are could be some improvement in perspective (No worries, this is one of the biggest and normal thing we all artists need to learn). Like the table, it's slightly off perspective to the overall room, and it looks like the objects could slide off the table top. I suggest looking at some tutorials online for 2 point perspectives or perspective drawing. Some extra bit of tip/suggestion, you could even add an edge to the bed posts to give it more of a 3-D look, and if it's cylinder posts, then you could add some shading to give it a form. It looks like you slightly suggested with the texture and navy blue colors, but adding a bit more would make it more clear.

The girl has really lovely rendered hair. When I see her, it's really close to the heart and captures the moment with the Lord!
It's just the pose, is a bit stiff. I suggest keep on practicing drawing human anatomy and gesture drawing to keep the flow in human anatomy and you are set! I love how you rendered her feet. Feet and hands are one of the challenges that many things artists got, I think you did it really nicely here.

Here is some optional suggestions,
You could add some more lighting. What I mean is, to create a mood, you could add where the lights and darks are. Enhance the atmosphere and the mood of the image to give it more of an impact. Like for example, since this is about prayer, the lighting could be like a spot light on the girl and everything else is dimmed down in tone slightly, to give the focus to the girl and her prayer to the Lord. You don't need to do this, but it's just a possible suggestion to give some enhancement for viewers to focus on.
